Aubert Pinot Noir CIX

Our first ever Estate Pinot Noir, the CIX is Grand Cru Aubert. This Pinot is our most
reminiscent of red Burgundy. This cooler site in Forestville creates an ethereal,
delicate, and elegant wine.

A gorgeous deep ruby with purple hues, the 2019 CIX Pinot Noir captivates with
wild red berries and black cherry compote interlaced with notions of sage,
rosemary, and steeped Ceylon tea. A distinctly floral note completes the nose while
the entry entices the palate with blood orange extract, spiced black fruits, and an
intriguing mineral complexity. This brilliant wine is as graceful as it is bold, an
unmistakable reflection of the exceptional terroir. Suggested drinking window is
2021 through 2034.
